Prologue

Friday, from Kåfjord to Haldde. Transport, race timing and catering.

Opening ceremony

Alta town center, Saturday from 12-2 p.m.

Opening show performance, rider presentation

Secretariat

The secretariat is manned 24 hours a day during the race. It is the heart of the competition, closely following and documenting everything that happens in the race.

Transportation

Transportation of staff, material, food, baggage etc. with the volunteer's own vehicle (expenses reimbursed), or using an ATV as a support and security vehicle.

Checkpoints

There are race checkpoints at Sørstraumen, Biedjovagge, Kautokeino, Masi, Suossjavvre, Mollisjok, Ravnastua, Karasjok, Valjok, Skoganvarre, Joatka and Gargia. At most checkpoints the tasks are varied: race timing, preparing accommodation, making and serving food, guarding, communication with media and the secretariat, bicycle maintenance, etc.

Press center

The press center handles information and press-related work. It continuously works to gather and distribute information to various media, the general public and the riders themselves.
